Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the product plastic coverings in place and the sim card has not been activated, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@watchovers.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Â WatchOvers Limited, Charleville House, Firhouse Road, Dublin 16, D16 WK35.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Products accepted for return under the 14 day and 30 day returns, will be credited at invoice value, excluding handling, re-setting, packaging and delivery charges. These charges will be deducted at a rate of €40.00 plus delivery charges unless the product and packaging remains in an unused condition, with the product plastic coverings in place and the sim card has not been activated. If the products has been used and the sim activated, the product must still be returned in an undamaged condition to receive a refund excluding any deducted charges. Determination of an unused or undamaged conditions is at the discretion of WatchOvers’ representatives.

Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods
When you purchase online or by phone you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. (European Directive on Distance Selling). WatchOvers provides a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (subject to Terms & Conditions). If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we will endeavour to change or cancel it once you notify us. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).
Faulty Goods
In the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period, please inform us of this as soon as possible and we will provide you with a replacement product.
Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order/invoice reference number and email returns@watchovers.com
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
Should you wish to return your product, the return will be dealt with on the following conditions:
Please contact WatchOvers and obtain the prior consent of WatchOvers for the return, using the returns enquiry form available upon request from WatchOvers. This should be completed and returned to WatchOvers. Following WatchOvers consent to the request, this enquiry form will be returned to the Customer giving details of handling charges to be applied, if any (see below). This form should be signed (acknowledging acceptance of any conditions) and returned to WatchOvers with the relevant product.
1. Â Â The product must be returned to WatchOvers in an unused condition with no visible signs of use or wear and tear, and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the goods, stating the relevant invoice/order number. The cost of return shall be borne by the Customer.
2.   All products are returned at the Customer’s risk and WatchOvers accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to them.
3. Â Â Delivery and other charges cannot be credited or refunded and will be deducted after the appropriate handling charge is applied.
4. Â Â All correspondence relating to products returned must be in writing by e-mail to returns@watchovers.comÂ
5. Â Â Products must be packaged appropriately to protect the product, clearly labelled, and returned using registered delivery.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@watchovers.com
